The eight supported languages
The publisher site and the Steam store page list the same eight languages, and they agree on which have audio.
| Language | Interface | Subtitles | Full audio |
|---|---|---|---|
| English | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| French | Yes | Yes | No |
| Italian | Yes | Yes | No |
| German | Yes | Yes | No |
| Spanish (Spain) | Yes | Yes | No |
| Russian | Yes | Yes | No |
| Simplified Chinese | Yes | Yes | No |
| Portuguese (Brazil) | Yes | Yes | No |
One audio language: Steam marks full audio with an asterisk on the English row only. Every other supported language covers the interface and subtitles.
PC language support
On PC the picture is the same as the table above, with a small difference in how it is recorded. Reference wikis list English as interface, audio and subtitles, and Simplified Chinese as interface and subtitles only, with no audio row.
In other words, the PC build carries one spoken language. Chinese players get a localised interface and Chinese subtitles over English audio, which is consistent with the Steam table.

Console listings
The PlayStation storefront marks subtitles as advanced, meaning spoken dialogue is fully subtitled rather than partially covered. That is a confirmation of subtitle completeness, not a separate language list.
Not captured: the per-language lists on the PlayStation, Microsoft and Nintendo storefronts were not captured for this page, so no claim is made that a console storefront offers a language the PC list does not. Check your own regional storefront listing before buying for a specific language.
The Polish question
Polish is not among the eight supported languages on either the Steam listing or the publisher's own list, and no dated evidence was found showing that Polish was ever offered or later removed.
So the accurate position is that Polish is not supported in the captured listings, and a claim that it was withdrawn is unsupported. If you see such a claim, look for a dated storefront capture before treating it as fact.
How to change the language
On PC the language follows the Steam client setting for the game rather than a separate in-game selector, so set it before launching.
Open the game properties in Steam
Find Clive Barker's Hellraiser: Revival in your library and open its properties.
Set the language
Choose the language from the language option in the properties panel.
Launch the game
The interface and subtitles follow the selection; audio remains English regardless.
On console, interface and subtitle language typically follow the system language of the console rather than a per-game setting. If subtitles appear in a language you did not want, check the console's own language setting first.
Audio and voice cast
Because there is only one audio track, the cast matters to every player rather than only to English speakers. The leads are credited by name.
- Aidan Lynch — Xalavier Nelson Jr.
- Sunny — Leader Looi
- Pinhead, the Hell Priest — Doug Bradley, returning to the role after the first eight films
Subtitle and text sizing options, including large subtitles and large text, are listed on the accessibility page. The story those voices carry is explained on the story page.
